Ordered some perfumes and this was shipped with another order from another person in the house. Other person returned all the perfumes and AIM said that I couldn't get mine redelivered until the other person's package was returned. They accepted that they shouldn't have grouped the two orders. My order should have no bearing on the other order. My order cost me £25.00 and the other order cost about the same so unless AIM receives the order around £50 is lost. Poor service and poor communication. Not very helpful I'm afraid. Shame that one star is the lowest rating.
