The Loving Father presents a collection of more than 200 carefully selected memories and accounts from the life of Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei, tracing his journey from his early years through decades of revolutionary struggle, public service and leadership.
Published in June 2026, following his martyrdom, the book explores the many dimensions of Ayatollah Khamenei’s life and character through personal recollections and documented episodes. Its accounts shed light on his intellectual and scholarly life, spirituality and ethics, political thought, social outlook, leadership, and personal conduct.
The book follows his life chronologically across five major periods, including his involvement in the Islamic movement alongside Imam Khomeini, imprisonment and exile under the Shah, his role during and after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, his eight-year presidency, and his subsequent decades as Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
